Pre and Postnatal Training

Pregnancy is a special time in a woman’s life so naturally, special considerations are required in designing an exercise and fitness program. It is important that pregnant women choose a trainer who is well-versed in the physiological and emotional changes that pregnant bodies go through in order to design a fitness program that is safe, effective, and beneficial to both mom and baby. Nicole is that trainer. She is a Certified Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist. Her specialized training has prepared her to work with her pregnant and post partum clients to achieve optimal results.
